New England Working K9 Club

With 10+ years of K9 ownership, handling, and training under our belt. We are well suited to deal with any kind of breed, small or large, however we specialize in large working dogs. We assess all situations to find out exactly what each individual dog needs to live a healthy, balanced, and happy life. Ds K9s uses positive reinforcement with all dogs to make learning fun and exciting for them. Ds K9s can not stress enough however that all the positive reinforcement in the world, will not work without proper discipline at the correct time. We work hands on with all humans and dogs to ensure you sustain that lifestyle long after Ds K9s has left. We are functioning as a Working Dog Club, and will be getting together one day a week to work with our dogs as a group in Obedience, Tracking, and finally Protection. We do offer private sessions for non working breed dogs with our Base membership to our club.

It is good to note that Ds K9s training is better suited for the dog owner who wants to turn their dog into a companion, not a pet. We travel to different locations, engage in different activities, and demand a lot from our dogs in different situations. In return they are duly rewarded with the freedom they receive because of the trust, and bond created between Master and Companion. In order to establish that bond it takes Time, Dedication, and Patience. Our training will not help you at all, if you can not commit those 3 elements, and sustain them.
